Refund policy

At Shoe Daddy USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we’ve made returns and refunds easy.

Return Window:

You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery; after that, no request will be entertained.

Eligibility Requirements:

  1. The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging that must not be damaged. A 50% restocking fee is applied if the product is slightly used, tags are removed, or it cannot be used for resale.

  2. Returned products must not show wear, damage, or altered packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our support team at admin@shoedaddyusa.com or call us at 7734823900 with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected for eligibility requirements, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping costs are only refundable if the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If the order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect at your doorstep, we’ll correct it at no extra cost. Return of shipping cost can be requested through our customer facilitation officers, but they are subject to approval.

Shoe Daddy USA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions.
